Lapsang Souchong (Smoked Black Tea)
This one requires no apology and no explanation.
A specialty of Fujian Province, China — loose leaf black tea dried over smoking pine wood fires, giving it an intensely dark, smoky character unlike anything else in the range. Pine-smoked, deeply distinctive, and made only in one region in the world. The kind of tea that divides opinion cleanly and confidently. If you already know you love it, this is a good one. If you've never tried it, consider this a proper introduction.
