Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every Postea box to bring you joy — but we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. Here's everything you need to know about our returns and refunds policy.

Our Policy

Because our teas are a food product, we're unable to accept returns on boxes that have been opened or used. However, if something isn't right with your order we always want to hear from you and will do everything we can to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your box has been damaged in transit, if a pouch has been affected, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@postea.co.uk. Include a description of the issue and a photo where possible, and we'll get it sorted for you promptly.

Unopened Items

If you've received an order in error or wish to return an unopened box within 30 days of receipt, please get in touch at info@postea.co.uk before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact cannot be accepted. If your return is approved we'll provide you with a return address and next steps.

Subscriptions

Your Postea subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time. If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next order is processed to avoid being charged for that month's box. If you have any questions about managing your subscription, contact us at info@postea.co.uk and we'll be happy to help.

Refunds

Once we've received and assessed your return or reviewed your claim, we'll let you know whether a refund or replacement has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@postea.co.uk.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

We're unable to offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
