Shipping Policy

Free UK Delivery

We offer free delivery on every Postea order, no minimum spend required. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

How We Deliver

All Postea boxes are sent via Royal Mail Large Letter Second Class. Every box is specially designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox, so there's no need to be in when it arrives — you'll find it waiting for you when you get home.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched the next working day after your order is placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, your box should arrive within 2–4 working days. Please note that Royal Mail Second Class is an untracked service, so we're unable to provide real-time delivery updates. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

Sending to a Different Address

Postea boxes make a wonderful gift. If you'd like your order delivered directly to someone else, simply enter their address as the shipping address at checkout — your billing and shipping address don't need to match. We deliver to any UK address.

Delivery Issues

We take great care in packaging every box to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order appears to be delayed, has been damaged in transit, or hasn't arrived, please contact us at info@postea.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
