Here's how it works.
Earning Points
Every £1 you spend earns you 1 point — that's on top of the free infuser and scoop you already get with a subscription. But purchases are just the start. There are plenty of other ways to build up your balance:
- Leave a text review: 20 points
- Leave a photo review: 35 points
- Leave a video review: 45 points
- Refer a friend: 50 points
- It's your birthday: 25 points, added automatically
- Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest: 5 points each
- Share us on Facebook: 10 points
Do a handful of these and you'll be surprised how quickly it adds up.
Redeeming Points
Points are worth £0.10 each, redeemable in £5 increments, starting from a minimum of 50 points. So once you've hit 50, you're already sitting on £5 off your next order.
A quick example: order a box (that's roughly 12–14 points), leave a review (20–45 points), and you're already well over halfway to your first reward — without doing anything you weren't going to do anyway.
Refer a Friend
Know someone who'd love their tea delivered straight through the letterbox? Refer them and you'll both benefit — they get £5 off their first order, and you'll earn 50 points (£5) once they've made a qualifying purchase.
Why We Built This
Loyalty programmes can feel complicated, so we kept ours simple: one flat rate, clear rewards, and no hoops to jump through. We wanted a way to say thank you to the people who keep coming back to us — whether that's through a purchase, a kind review, or just following along on Instagram.
